This cel is from the first episode of TV1 and features mihoshi. This is when ryoko pretends to surrender to the galaxy police and mihoshi is reading her her rights. This particular cel is part of a sequence where ryoko blasts the rights out of her hands and tells her to go on listing the rights. Of course mihoshi can't remember and ryoko just goes to bed.
